This is an eyelash serum that is best applied at the base of the eyelashes. However, it comes with a spoolie brush rather than a brush to apply along the base of the lashes. It does not work if applied to eyelashes like mascara. You need to go along the base of the eyelashes. It's possible with a coil brush, but not easy. Etude House products are of good quality and at an excellent price. I will continue to use this one and have found another brush to use with it although it doesn't fit in the tube so I'm wasting a lot of product. It might work but I'll try to find another product with a better brush.
