I really like these glasses and wear them to accommodate my circadian lifestyle. I wear them on Zoom calls and get so many compliments, and at night when I need to look at my phone, the white finish keeps me up at night even if I darken the phone's background. I have dry eyes so this is a lifeline when watching TV as well. Haven't tried it outdoors or over regular glasses but it would be a great idea if I need to see far e.g. B. when driving in bright times or when it is just getting dark. There is no reason not to buy these glasses!
