The warmest blanket in the Pendleton range
The WARMEST blanket in the Pendleton range - in response to my question, Pendleton kindly provided the following information: They contain 100% cotton warp yarns (vertical, structuring fibers on the loom) for stability, but the presence of cotton in the duvet, between the wool yarns, actually creates heat-retaining pockets that help keep the duvet warmer. The composition combined with the heavier overall weight makes camping blankets our warmest blankets. "Queen size quilt weighs 6.4 pounds. My only issue - and it doesn't bother me - is that the duvet is a bit stiff and didn't fall over my shoulders as completely as I would have liked.
