Hello Revain customers! I bought this gram scale to weigh on my cart and was looking for a gram scale that could be both AC and battery operated. In terms of usability and accuracy, this is an excellent choice. Small face with large backlit LCD display and auto power off to save battery life. To get accurate results you must place it on a flat, stationary surface as these scales are VERY sensitive. You also need to align the scale. I have found the scale to be very consistent and have weighed the same items many times such as: B. the pencil on the attached pictures and the results have always been within +/- 0.1 grams for small items. The scale is factory ready to use and calibrated. However, if you ever need to recalibrate this model, you will need to use the calibration weight in grams or have a service company do it.
