Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

I bought them solely because my airpods had a defective left earpiece, which began to crackle after a year of use (a known problem). We needed replacement headphones, but these Sonya were very praised by our under-tech bloggers. The most stupid waste of 15 thousand. Has some pros: These headphones have exactly two pluses over the airpods: slightly better sound quality and softer noise reduction. With its cons: 1. Huge case, which is the most uncomfortable to wear. It sticks out any pocket, it feels as cheap as possible. 2. Disgusting ergonomics. The contacts on the headphones scratch the ear (it is fixed by changing the ear cushions to larger ones, but therefore more uncomfortable). The headphones themselves are very large - you won’t be able to sleep in them (they put a lot of pressure on your ears). But the most important thing is the “incredibly convenient” decision of Sony designers and engineers to make sound control in the form of touch pads that are triggered by accidental touches with hair / pillow / anything else. To say that this is the most *tsky solution is to say nothing, random mode changes will accompany you CONSTANTLY. Speaking of them: switching the mode is not accompanied by a quiet sound that does not interfere with listening to music, but by a ing tirade "NOISE CANCELING / AMBIENT SOUND CONTROL OFF / AMBIENT SOUND". Bravo. In order to somehow fall asleep at least on the right side with music, I had to cut down all the functionality of the right earpiece. 3. Connecting headphones to a smartphone is just some kind of mockery. “Download the app))) oh, let’s pair your earbuds for five minutes now ERROR LET’S TRY AGAIN))) and we also have a function like spatial audio, BUT IT IS SUBSCRIBED))))” And God forbid you when - then go through the pairing process again. Well, the application itself is the pinnacle of high-quality user experience. Most unintuitive and inconvenient.
