I bought the other day to replace 8 plus and never regretted it. Now there is a lot of talk about the display - supposedly 326 ppi is very little. However, in the new iPad Pro, the density is even less - only 264, and no one is outraged . this is strange🤔 IPS is more of a plus for me, the screen does not burn out over time, and even at the end of the day there is no feeling of “sand” in the eyes. The bezels are only a MILLIMETER (!) thicker than in the XS, and they look beautiful and symmetrical, giving the phone a certain solidity (although here the taste and color, as they say). The camera is simply excellent - a cut above the same 8 plus, the new matrix and Smart HDR do their job👍 In general, I am very satisfied with the device, a worthy replacement for the old and not very “pros”
