They're a bit big, but other than that, it's her favorite style!
I actually like that they run a little big, they grow with you and definitely looser shorts are better for hot weather. Dolphin legs are her favorite style, but they're not as short as other brands. I bought her a medium, she is 7.5 and 55 pounds and has lots of lower body muscles.
Pros
- My 8 year old loves them, I bought a purple pair and a pink pair. She loves them in this hot summer weather.

- Sizes may be smaller than standard size ranges
