This product has a very light scent (no artificial flavors) like a semi-sweet pastry but the scent is not lingering or overpowering which is great! The consistency is whipped but thick enough to give good coverage to dry patches. I have used it on my postpartum dry knees which also have melasma (see photo). It's non-greasy and absorbs well so it doesn't have the shine you see with other moisturizers. I have also used it on my sensitive 3 month old for his dry skin and my 2 year old was scratching his elbows (photo). It works well for both with no skin reactions on my baby with sensitive skin. I just wish there was a bigger container to compare the amount to other baby creams!
