Review on Pfister LG16 190Y Pfirst Handheld Shower by Michelle Hall

I've heard good things about this brand and was thrilled it was 1.8 GPM. It's literally JUST a small handheld shower head about 4 inches in diameter that doesn't need anything to attach to the plumbing and no hose. Even though I knew it, I bought it anyway, thinking it must be of high quality since it's expensive and famous, but when it arrived I was disappointed. The material was thin making it light and it didn't feel very durable. I soon found a larger 9-inch handheld shower head at Home Depot that seemed much more durable for $20 less (with hose and parts). after that came and bought instead. I sent this back and was even more disappointed to learn that even though I have the Prime, they would leave over $7 shipping with a return label. Pooh!
