Although this bag costs a little more than a standard rope basket, you're paying more for the attractiveness of a fox on the basket than you would for regular storage. That being said, I have high hopes that this basket will look good and match the product images - and it does. Build quality: The build quality is good. The haircut went well. All points that need to be strengthened are strengthened. The ears are attached with additional stitches and are left "straight up". The "rope" ends at the side of the right ear, where no one notices. FYI, the eyes and nose are palpable on the fox's forehead, they are glued, not sewn, but seem to be attached very well - I pulled them slightly and they have not come loose or started to close solve. Handles There are actually two handles on the sides of the basket formed by a hole between the top two rungs of the rope and the remaining bottom rungs. (You can see one of these in the second picture) There is about 1/2 inch stitching at the ends of the handles, which should be more than enough to ensure they don't come loose. However, I don't recommend using them if you want the basket to look solid as they won't return to their original shape (where you won't notice them). Why I Like This Topic / Final Thoughts. a little red fox-like dog and it was the perfect container for all their toys. We really like the product and we get compliments on it. I highly recommend it.
