I took this to replace the RedLighting I was using and my wife spilled her drink. At $20 I figured it was cheaper than the RedLightning and a spare mouse wouldn't hurt. It arrived quickly and I plugged it into my laptop to play Destiny. The problem is that it uses a kind of keys that are not always registered. Of course, I'm used to RedLighting mechanical keys that click when registered. On this, quick, repetitive actions (like double jumps) don't always register unless you press the keys very hard. It's a shame because I like the key layout better than my old half. Also the design of the keys makes the backlighting under the keys very bright but not very bright on the keys. If the backlight were white, this problem wouldn't exist. Because the lighting is a rainbow effect, some colors make the keys difficult to see at night. All in all, you get a lot for the price. And if you're not a big gamer and want a similar setup - with a mouse - for $20, it's still worth considering. For those who need more precision, this setting isn't for you.
