Excellent! We got it at a great price and the case doesn't add much weight but it protects. I like the screen protector that snaps open and how the iPad is slightly recessed to protect it from falls. If you have children this is a good choice. If you have a kid who is an iPad Houdini and is trying to take cases apart, these probably won't be the best of days as it's very easy to slip in and out of the case. (But it's secure and stays in place until you try to take it off. I really like that it has a stand and a handle and strap for easy carrying.
