UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I've had them for about 2 months now. I loved them at first and I still WANT to love them (they're pretty comfortable overall) but there's one quality that drives me nuts. They have fabric-lined, soft-to-the-touch foam inserts, but for some odd reason, these inserts aren't actually connected to the shoe. This means if your feet ARE sweating AT ALL when you take them off, the insoles will stick to your foot and partially fall out with your foot. Everyone. Lonely. Time. I have to put the inserts back in every time I use them. And over time they start to curl even when I try to flatten them again. Maybe mine were broken? Did the stakes have to be secured somehow? Most insoles I've used in the past are made of a harder, heavier material so they don't slide around in shoes as easily. For those who don't attach them, it works. However, being lightweight foam/cloth inserts, they are lightweight and VERY easy to pull out. For this reason, I unfortunately don't think I'll buy them again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was looking for something to wear to walk my dog, run errands, etc. Easy to put on, easy to take off, comfortable. I wasn't expecting to get something that can withstand running or sports. It definitely fits the bill. I will say that the first pair I received had a hardened bead of glue near the hole that was rubbing against my ankle and was very uncomfortable, but it looks like a manufacturing defect. I'm not deducting a star for that because things like this just happen. I went ahead and sent them back and got another pair. I'm glad I did - the new kit is perfect and SUPER comfortable. I love that they have a little foam padding which makes them a lot more comfortable to wear. I read other reviews that said they ran a bit small so I ordered a half size (from 8.5 to 9) and I'm glad I did. Excellent purchase. We'll see how they hold up, but if they hold up a decent time I'll probably order more!
