I absolutely love them and so does my baby! Now he's 5 months old and since he was 3 months old he's been drooling a lot and likes to put bibs on his mouth (he doesn't last long in his mouth so giving him something to chew on was great). ) As far as I can tell they don't have much absorbency, they aren't padded between layers but the prints are cute and he likes to chew on the piece of rubber at the end and it keeps his saliva from getting wet in his outfit and catching any saliva up so I'm good enough to buy more with different prints
