Weak, poorly made item. For the price of this item ($45 at the time of writing this review) the overall feel of the item is VERY cheap. This is typical of "Made in China" and there is no doubt about it. The problem is that the bracket doesn't support the weight of the shower head. I'm a big guy and I've tightened everything as tight as I can, but the swivel mount (from the pipe to the showerhead mount), this ball, or the swivel mount won't tighten. As soon as the head is inserted into the holder, it practically falls down and directs the shower head straight down. After you run hot water through it, it gets even worse as it's obvious that the materials used are of poor quality. While the seller of this item is actively sending out instructions on how to fix what appear to be "common" problems, they also tell me that they anticipate problems. These instructions appeared before the goods arrived. I could get a "lemon" but I say save your time and avoid raising the issue. return as soon as possible.
