UV Plus Ozone, I'm in! I LOVE ozone and have been using it for many, many years. I'm not afraid of ozone and it's a very low ozone level, definitely not enough where you need to clean the room. This light really is the cutest thing. What I use mine for are face masks and other small items. You can pop this lamp into any box or sterlite container and let go. If the light doesn't hit it, the ozone gets it. If you don't want to mess with the crate, just throw a face mask over it and go. I never look into UV lamps as they can really damage my eyes. This lamp has a TIMER and will NOT light up immediately and this is for your safety. This is a characteristic of this product and NOT a malfunction. Ozone has a bleaching odor, but that has never bothered me. It has a rechargeable battery so you can take it anywhere and use it wirelessly. If you're one of those unlucky people stuck with a front-loading washing machine, I'd definitely add one every week! You can put it in your car, refrigerator (foods really last longer), closet, laundry room, under your crib. actually everyone benefits from it. It's small and won't sanitize an entire room, just be aware of what you get. This is a great item and I already have 3. At least this one comes for a fee so you can start using it right away.
