Sturdy, easy to install, works great

Works as expected on my new traffic cone. It does not slip easily and does not come out easily. First time I used a hair dryer to heat the tip of the cone. When hot, the plate slides in easily, and when it's cool, it's not so easy to take out. There is space on the sign to draw an arrow showing where you cannot park. This is perfect for what I need.
