The inner pads must be removed before washing and putting it back in the bra in a supportive position is extremely difficult and time consuming! It's trial and error at best, and shims MUST be inserted to have support. Otherwise, it's just a soft sleep bra. Sizes run small and the fit is really tight if you are larger than manufacturer size.
