Okay, so it's a one size fits all.if you need stretch, don't get this. However, it fits like a medium/large would fit.It is very thick and difficult to get it to straighten out like the picture.it's quite kinky, if that makes sense. I'm 5'6" and it is above the knee. I was hoping it would be longer and more flowy, however this works as a nice poofy tutu.As for storage.lol like I said, it's poofy.
