The fit is good, not great.
I ordered this mid-weight jacket for fall and spring. (I live in southern New England) I ordered a men's size medium as I'm 5ft 7in and 160#. The length of the jacket fits, but the sleeves are narrow in the shoulder area when I only wear short clothes. Shirt sleeves underneath (my shoulder diameter is 13 inches). Also, the zipper is on the left side of the jacket, which I'm definitely not used to. Otherwise the Helly Hansen quality seems to be there.
