Received this set for the first time and added matte black to an existing genuine HP cartridge. My plotter reported a printhead error. I replaced the printhead with a NON-HP original and it seems to have worked. I could print. After I printed an image, I got an error message that cyan was out of date. I restarted the printer and it fixed itself.
