This product seemed to have good reviews, upon using it, it presents itself as a quality headphone. Maybe this time my kid will not go through it like paper mache. WRONG! The microphone stopped working within a month. I had a hiccup some days prior to complete hardware failure, it would stop working at times and we thought it was the computer. On the third day it became irresponsive. Customer support is missing in action. Don't throw your money away on these generic things, just spend the extra cash and buy something of quality.
