As great as it was, what impressed me was the customer service. After following the instructions, something got stuck between the screen and the protective film. I tried to take it off and made it worse. I wrote the company as indicated in the instructions. They (1) replied, (2) included tread installation instructions but immediately told me how to request a replacement, (3) actually sent a replacement, and (4) promptly. These guys are the best. The product is great but the service is even better. You will not regret it!
