This article was a waste of time and money. I took it every night before bed as directed. The only results I experienced was waking up in my sleep to urinate 2-3 times a night. It might delete me every 2-3 days. It is definitely NOT a "fat burner". And I haven't lost any weight after taking it for a whole month. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money, time and energy on this scam and I will NEVER buy it again.
