I have had a generally positive experience with this product. After taking some measurements before purchasing, I was pleased to find that my Asus Zephyrus G14 (2021) fits like a glove, as expected. The interior of this case is made from a very soft, felt-like material that feels great and more importantly has kept my G14 completely scratch-free in 3 months of ownership and use. My only issue with this product is the accessory pocket on the front. While it holds a surprising amount of stuff (I put a mouse pad, mouse, charger, and cable in it), the zipper is terrible. Unlike the main zipper, which is always secure and perfect, the accessory pocket zipper tends to unzip even when the zipper is fully closed, EVEN when I don't have much stuff in the pocket, which is annoying. Also, on my device, the second half of the zipper almost never closes properly, resulting in one side of the zipper "overlapping" the other. Luckily I can still recommend this product for those who don't often carry around accessories as the main part of the product, the compartment that actually houses the laptop, is excellent.
