After working from home for a month, I got a severe headache behind my eyes. I finally saw something that could be due to the blue light produced by the screens. I decided to try them out as they came with two pairs, a soft case and cleaning cloths; at a good price. I've had them for three months now and keep one pair in my office and the other by my pillow. They work great. I saw a difference in just a few days. I also feel good knowing I'm doing something to protect my eyes. I was wary because I saw some reviews commenting on how light they are. They feel like they can break easily, but they don't. This makes them really very comfortable to wear. I can wear them up to 5-6 hours. More if needed. I also have a few by my pillow and they haven't broken. They get dirty very easily. Better to have her rag handy. Your job is to give things a yellow-orange hue to balance the blue light. So I would keep that in mind if seeing things in the right color is important to you. For me it is no problem at all to work on the computer and watch TV shows.
