Good collaboration software with good features
It is very easy to use for both admins and end users, it provides an excellent platform for communication between employees by providing a robust tool for group messaging, file sharing and video conferencing. The interface looks a little outdated but is not that difficult to navigate. I think they should consider updating the layout of the website to give more modern feel to the user. We have been using this product for more than three years now. It has helped us in managing our employee communication and file sharing. It is also used for video conferencing.
Pros
- Easy integration with various social media platforms
- Very simple UI which does not take much time getting accustomed too especially if you are familiarised already about slack or other popular internal chat tools like Slack & Mattermost (which we recently switched over)
