(for 15" Surface 3 laptop with Windows): While the lid snaps easily and properly into place, it is very difficult (almost impossible) to connect the charger and *stay* connected. The bar on the charger is stopped by a cover and cannot be aligned parallel to the laptop, so it can never be left plugged in. Otherwise good quality and it may work well for other laptops and devices. For Surface 3, however, this is a waste of money in my opinion.
