Their support team was very helpful during my years with them as I got hacked multiple times when working from their servers (they refused to acknowledge that it had anything at all doe wtih setting up security). They also failed miserably trying hard for many months after getting an outside consultant involved - who found out they were lying about what happened- causing me unnecessary stress/embarrassment which could have been avoided if only there'd be some accountability within this organization! Not good value or quality of service offered by these guys; not even worth mentioning because really no one should ever use such incompetent folks again EVER.
