Short story: Husband called and said he was on his way home - about 15 minutes drive. I just got under the counter lights and thought now would be a good time to install them. It was installed before he got home. Everything I needed was in the package. And the light worked perfectly. There are 2 ways to connect lights together, you can connect them into one long light using these small adapters, or you can use adapter cables to separate the lights, perfect for an under-table situation. I found the cable long enough, maybe even too long. They offer small cable holders, which is very thoughtful. Overall I really like the product, it installed in less than 15 minutes and works great. There is only one disadvantage. The dimming function is very difficult to get working. I feel like an idiot holding my hand there waiting for it to go out. Fortunately, I won't be using this feature very often. I also found that I think touching it is more effective than moving my hand under the light to turn it on and off. It is important to note that only one of the lights has this function. In other words, you're only controlling the lights from a specific light in the chain, so the position of that light matters.
