I thought this watch might be too small. LOL Boy was I wrong. I just quit my cable company and wanted a watch where the DVR used to be. Yes, I could look at my iPad or phone to check the time, but it's not the same. At 75, my eyes aren't as young as they used to be, so I wanted something I could easily see around the room, and this little gem (okay, not that small) is perfect for that. I'm just not sure if it's not a bit bigger than I would like for this place. You can make cosmetic repairs and put it on the top shelf next to the TV. Not sure yet. What I do know is that I was excited when I saw that I didn't have to set the time on the atomic clock. To do that, I'd have to rotate it north toward Colorado, which would mean the face wouldn't be showing. I just set it to the correct time and was ready to go. I also love soft light and when I go to bed at night it creates a soothing night light in my living room. Very happy with this item. *** Update: Everyone who comes to visit praises me for these hours. They all love it. And now that I've gotten used to the size, I know I'd be lost without it.
