Review on ๐Ÿฆท Ginger's Toothpaste Tablets - 1.27oz Jar by Cassie Moore

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Convenient but fluoride-free toothpaste

Unbeatable convenience factor - these tablets don't need to be squeezed out of a tube - you just push one into your mouth, start chewing, it foams, and you apply a brush. It would be good for the environment if a glass weren't included with each refill pack. However, it looks like you get a new can with each refill, so it's not great. The best thing about them is their travel-friendliness, especially when you have to pack very, very light things for camping or backpacking, for example. You may be able to carry more than is allowed through airport security as these are pills and not tubes. The downside is that there is NO FLUORIDE. I'm sick of these ecotypes pushing "fluoride-free" toothpastes on an unsuspecting public under the pretense "it's healthier." No, that is not so. I recently ordered some "natural" fluoride-free toothpastes and threw them away after getting tooth decay. Give me Colgate Total with the fluoride version and I'll consider buying this one. Is there no fluoride? I will use these pills from time to time but not regularly.

Pros
  • 60 brushes per can - great for at home or on the go
Cons
  • Low maintenance
