Hat is soft fleece lined, Scarf is NOT
The hat is nice, cute and very soft inside because of the fleece lining. However the scarf is not soft at all and quite itchy. My toddler had another scarf that was soft but got damaged, so I thought I would replace with this.but she won't even keep this one on. If you're looking for a soft scarf, look for something else. Hat is worth buying though, it's very cute and warm and covers her ears well
