This table is cheap

I struggle to find anything positive about this placemat as I always find something to be happy about. I can't do that with this placemat. Appearance is cheap. This is clearly NOT wood, but a cheap, wood-like plastic coating over chipboard. The border is uneven and unevenly applied. The assembly was really difficult. None of the holes lined up, and installing the screws required no pulling (almost flexing) on the legs to align them. All in all, this table makes me sad.
