Review on Larkar Dimmable Industrial Lampshade Hardwire by Mary Day

Revainrating 5 out of 5

All the features you need

overall it's great. The pros first: I've looked everywhere for built-in rotating lights that move* up and down and side to side. These are the only ones I've found in a style I liked, so I was more than willing to put up with a few downsides. A dimmer is also a must for me and it works great. They are attractive and easy to install. Now for the cons, the assembly instructions are in English on Google Translate and pretty much useless, but everything is pretty intuitive and putting it together is pretty easy and straightforward. (The only thing not listed is attaching the ground wire from the lamp to the back, although this is very easy. If you don't do this you will have a loose wire on the back of the lamp which is not very desirable. ) To change the position of the hands or head, it is necessary to loosen the connection, change the position, and then tighten it again. This makes the setup a bit cumbersome. (Though it just wiggles back and forth when you squeeze it.) Pears are pretty cheap overall, and that's reflected in the price. I would have preferred something more comprehensive, but as mentioned above, these were the only devices I found that had all the features I needed. So overall I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • EASY TO INSTALL: This 2-in-1 light design allows you to mount it like a power plug, so you can move it around easily or lock it in place for a permanent look. You can easily install it as a wall light or fix it in place for a long time, just install it according to your preference. Includes mounting hardware and instruction manual, no additional hardware required.
Cons
