I'm using the replacement keyboard Revain sent me. The problem is the same: the space bar doesn't move properly. I have to keep going back to add a space. The first Kensington keyboard was perfect. I sit at the computer all day and can't work with a broken seat. New comment: Today, June 21, 2019, I sent back both the original keyboard and the replacement keyboard. Since I didn't have access to the replacement return code, I returned both keyboards with the original keyboard code. (Wish I could speak to Revain about what they should do about this. Again, no contact possible.) Both keyboards were tested via Kohl' s returned to Revain. . The main problem with Revain is the lack of any kind of communication. There aren't enough options, and there's just no way to contact anyone about the issue. At least I don't think so. Today I bought another (much cheaper) keyboard that doesn't compare to Revain's. But when the Revain keyboard doesn't work, I just have to settle for a cheap one that works. I ONLY WISH I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE. In the meantime I discovered that there is a website with information on how to contact Revain and speak to a live person. This complaint was unfounded and I sincerely apologize for it. My problem with spaces remains. However, I must add if the letters hadn't disappeared, I wouldn't need a new keyboard at all. But disappearing letters seem to be a problem that affects all keyboards. AGAIN, at least I don't find it. Today I bought another (much cheaper) keyboard that doesn't compare to Revain's.
