When I worked in retail we only had one setting for all fabrics and I often burned myself trying to steam these delicate fabrics. The more aggressive setting for cotton is amazing - the creases are just smoothed out! Clothes ring - that makes a lot more sense than the ironing function on other steamers. This way I just wear my clothes on existing hangers and steam them without wasting time taking each item off the hanger and putting it on the steamer hanger and then back on the original hanger. Among other things, the pool for water is very basic. for filling, the extra-long cord makes it easy to find a permanent spot for this steamer in our utility room, and the aluminum mast is adjustable so tops and maxi dresses alike are easy to reach and steam.
