This review was written after my first "sleep night". I'm not sure because I thought one of the purposes was to help you calm down at night. No, I could still toss and turn. Not easy but can still tip from side to side. A weighted blanket doesn't solve my "can't sleep" problem. BUT I LOVE the quality, design, texture and weight. I bought 60 x 80, £20 for my king size bed. Luxurious mink velvet corresponds to the description. I wasn't sure how it should be on my bed because it doesn't cover the entire bed. As you can see in the picture, I flipped it horizontally instead of vertically since the vertical only covered the middle of my bed. I don't sleep in the middle. Size 80x80 is better for overhanging so my legs don't stick out, I don't end up hanging AND I can wear it up to my neck. I wasn't sure which side was cooling and which was heating either. There were no instructions (not even on Revain, and I've read the ENTIRE listing). I suspected the smooth side was cooling, but I woke up on fire in the middle of the night, even though I had two fans and my window open to enjoy the 57-degree chill. I'll have to try the other side tonight. Is it worth buying? YUP! The weight soothes. In fact, I could use 25 pounds and feel good. There are a few things I prefer to do to help me get the most out of this product.
