I bought this product to lighten my teeth slightly as they have recently become stained. When I first received the product it worked well for the most part. My teeth would appear whiter, not much whiter to be honest and the whitening effect only lasted about an hour but was good enough. It's not meant for your gums, but sometimes it has happened anyway and it could burn my gums, but it clearly states in their defense that it's not meant for gums. I was okay with the product and it seemed good for the price but after only 3 uses it stopped working. They twist part of the whitening pen to release the whitening gel and I twisted for 5 minutes thinking maybe it was stuck but nothing came out. I was very disappointed that I was only able to use the product 3 times before it was finished, so I probably won't buy it again.
