Review on πŸ‘Ÿ NIKE Womens Platinum Sequent Running Shoes and Athletic Footwear by Steven Saric

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Really comfortable shoes that are worth the money.

This is probably the most comfortable pair of low tops I've owned in a while for a number of reasons; I'm a shoe fanatic and used to work at Champ's so bear with me πŸ™‚ The upper is really breathable and is made from what reminds me of the newer "textured" Flyknit, only a little thicker. a nice wide elastic strap sewn directly to the sole of the boot to keep it in place; I had to work on a specific pressure point in the middle of the laces, but after that they felt a lot better; I wear them tightly laced but untied and hide the laces under the insoles. Speaking of which, the removable footbed is a really nice touch in case they ever need replacing; this is what I'm specifically looking for (for this very reason). The lack of visible lacing points, aside from a couple of Flywires on each side, looked odd at first and might make changing and relacing difficult, but the way the original laces add color is really cool right out of the box. The Air Max heel took some getting used to because it's not as wide as my last pair of Nikes, but my feet are still incredibly grateful after being on my feet all day; The only thing I think could make them more comfortable is the zoom point on the ball of the foot, but that's just me. There is a small ridge on the top of the heel that works almost as well as a real loop to provide room for a rear hold when putting them on and they fit the design well when on their feet. Even if the shoes themselves are about 3 years old, they are still worth their price. ; Overall I would say 8.5/10
