I bought this product to use with Zoom in a meeting as some participants were remote this year. The device was connected to my laptop. With the included cables you can use the microphone input and the output for external speakers. Participants could hear me clearly and the range was sufficient for a decent sized room. The battery life of the transmitter (microphone) was very good - about 4 hours of operation. The presence of two transmitters made it possible to work all day if necessary. But when a participant accidentally broke the clip on the transmitter (hard plastic), I was in despair. I emailed the company asking if I could purchase a replacement with no hope of a response (support is a Chinese email address). Within 48 hours I received a polite reply asking if it was acceptable to ship a new device. I am impressed. The new block is coming tomorrow. I leave very few reviews but they deserve these - both quality product and service.
