Great product to manage Business operations of Enterprise customers

The best feature is "Analytics" which helps in aggregating all customer's transactions into one place for easy access across multiple channels like e-commerce website or mobile app etc.,The integration with 3rd party API would be great if it was available as open source software so we can have more options when integrating third parties systems - No such option currently but working towards this end by building our own APIs along side existing integrations are making good progress.- Nothing much from my experience yet still learning about ERP system features while implementing them at client site level through consulting services; Currently using only Salesforce org database within sales team internally without any other tooling support except MS Excel sheets & PowerBI Dashboard created via Azure Cloud Solution deployed inside organization network environment.
