It first arrived over 12 days late, after being told it was 'lost' it suddenly appeared on my doorstep. So it wasn't satisfactory. I contacted the seller and he said if I don't receive it I'll get a full refund. (That's why I'm giving him 2 stars because at least he answered). The quality is poor, blurry and poorly printed. On thick material but disappointed with how it looks. Also, I have to pet it to use it and I'm still not sure if I should just return it or use it since the event I need it for is very close. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you are ok with a poor quality wood backdrop. Maybe his other ones look better.
