Review on Vintage 1950S Rockabilly Party Dress - Women'S Halter Cocktail Dress For The 50S by Mike Mahfood

Same pattern, but different material and quality depending on seller. My seller was great.

I got this to wear at a friends Rockabilly themed wedding. My dress is great. My friend who got married ordered the exact same dress and color print as mine, but returned it because of quality. She says that hers wasn't the nice satin material that mine was and was a cheap knock off with terrible material, terrible stitching, etc. She ended up getting a different dress (thank goodness we weren't twins!). The seller I bought mine from is "Dresstells". I don't know what seller my friend used. My dress wasn't expensive and I was surprised how nice it was. It is well made and well fitted. I am very happy with my purchase. I followed their directions and measured everything. I am small boned, but strong so I'm a s/m - med overall. when I am a little over weight, like now, I'm a solid Medium. However I'm also a 34DD no matter what weight and this forces me to order larger. When I get something to fit my chest, the rest of the garment is usually too big, so I just wear loose styles. This dress was PERFECT! It even had full coverage, nothing hanging out! The waist was slim, trim, and not too big. I ordered the black skull pattern in size Large. I am also glad I purchased the:GRACE KARIN Women's Vintage Black Petticoat Knee Length Slip for 50s Dresses Size M Sold by: Paul Jones ClothingIt was perfect and gave the dress the extra pop it needed.
