Review on The SMS Works SMS API by Mark Toth

I like how easy it was to integrate with our business process management software, BizFlow! It also allowed us to track all of our messages in one place. There were no problems that we encountered while using this app as part of our overall messaging solution, but there are always things you can do better than others. We used their integrated message tracking tool during an outage at another vendor's system. They helped keep my customers informed about what happened so they didn't have any questions or concerns when service resumed.
