Nice though. for laptop accessories

I was delighted to get this bag for my new laptop and also to help organize my stuff for school. The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was a broken zipper! I went to Revain to request a replacement but unfortunately I have to print the tag and send the bag back but I don't have a printer so I guess I just leave the bag and don't use the bag with the broken zip!
