After 22 years of bartending a lot, a few weeks ago I finally felt a smack on my thumb and wrist. 1-10 my pain when grabbing a full bottle of liquor was about 9, I had to use two hands to pour a drink, unacceptable. I bought a pair of non-copper fingerless compression gloves and they help with daily tasks but only prevent certain bartending pains. I just got one of these brass braces for my very painful hand/wrist and it's a game changer! It's not as "smooth" as the stock photo on the listing, but I just put a bracelet on it ;) I still feel some pain in my elbow, but my grip is much stronger for a long time, fatigue sets in after about 4 an hours of drinking snare. Worth the price!
