I've used several different methods to clean my night guard (to gnash my teeth). I've only tried toothpaste and toothbrush, dish soap and toothbrush, then tried other cleaning tablets. Finally I tried these. These are by far the best and I buy them auto-renew. With all other systems I had a yellowed and ugly looking mouthguard for 6 months and needed a dentist to put it in the sonic washing machine during my regular dental visits. With these new tablets, everything looks almost new. I'm glad I found her. Easy to use and leaves no aftertaste after rinsing with water. In addition, definitely cleans completely. Highly recommended.
