I’ve been considering purchasing one of these armrest trays for a while, but I didn’t want one that looked cheap or cheesy. This bamboo tray fits the bill. The finish is natural and smooth. I’m not worried about snagging my clothes, and it is not uncomfortable to lean against. I was worried that it would slide around, but I have not experienced any shifting or instability. The tray fits my phone and/or remotes beautifully, but if you have a very long remote, it may not fit inside the tray borders. Smaller/narrow cups fit in the cup holder and sit stably. The sides are tall enough to prevent a spill, as I experienced today. The cup holder is large enough to fit my Yeti mug (and anyone who owns one knows how difficult that can be!).The soft, nonslip fabric on the underside works well with the leather of my sofa. The bamboo drapes well over the plush armrest and leaves just enough space to reach the recliner buttons.The cost is a little more than I would choose to pay - I’d rather see it priced around $20… but that being said, I don’t think the price is necessarily unreasonable. I am happy with this product.
