Using metal analog sticks instead of plastic ones, in this gamer's humble opinion, greatly increases the lifespan of the Xbox One controller. Plastic pins wear out over time, leaving plastic dust in the controller slots. Shortly after, you may find that your controller is prone to the dreaded case of stick not returning to 0, making the game almost impossible to play. If you replace plastic chopsticks with metal chopsticks, this will never happen to you again. Because of this, it doesn't matter which manufacturer you buy them from, always choose metal over plastic. These from this manufacturer have worked great for me so far and for the price of a $50 controller that comes with plastic pins instead of metal pins, they are well worth it. Save your controller's life and get this.
